Individual assignments and group works.
Building inspector for any kind of housing project (as opposed to housing addition like a deck) or one involving people working 10 feet or above the street surface...or involving cutting power tools.
Regular inspections of such scenarios are required.
Projects must in some way serve the public, it is not to cover the cost of your dream home improvements.
