In the (body of the message) include on seperate lines...

your name
address
phone number (cell is prefered)
email for professional purposes
name of your neighborhood (queen anne, magnolia, greenlake.)


Below that include a brief description of yourself (a paragraph or two) and another one or two explaining what you would like to achieve at SSF.

We will use your abilities right away, whatever they may be, and if you are able, then it won't really matter whether you have a degree in some related field, or if you have prior experience...results (and how they are achieved) are our #1 concern...not what you have done before, and who you worked for, or what certifications you posses....the resume is a frame of reference for your life's experiences..a way to get to know you.

So if you are not a PHD in marketing you need not worry about being excluded from promotions.
Demonstrated talent is more valuable than its promise.
