Chief of Operations gave notice of offer to City of Seattle, King County, and Washington State...to cover this years budget shortfalls (at a finance and budget meeting of the Seattle City Council, at 9:30am during public commentary) in exchange for help with a SSF publicity shortfall...and some eminent domain seizures.

Chief of Operations gave notice of offer to Snohomish County Council to provide material and immaterial assistance to deal with its outstanding issues, in exchange for a loan guarantee and help in executing an eminent domain seizure of future HQ, at its 9:00am Wednesday legislative meeting, in Everett, during public commentary.

Chief of Operations addressed King County Council at Regional Policy Meeting, this Wednesday at 3:30pm, during public commentary, introducing the group to the idea of the Commonwealth System, to Shared-Profits, and the Social Capitalism that underlies them...all the while pointing to these as a means of dealing with outstanding budget issues.
