Seattle Government

The end of the sales tax...resulting in more business and encouraging tourism from all about.

Money's earned in the shared-profit enterprises, stemming from the commonwealth fund, and in the reconsitution and absorption of Washington Mutual, into C-Systems will cover large scale projects like rail additions, bridge improvements, viaduct replacement...all without relying on decades long indebtedness and ridiculous interest payments that go along with them...and of course no taxing of the electorate.

A happier population, with outlets of creative expression giving rise to more entertaining and fulfilling activities that contribute to harmony and joyous spirits.

Greater safety and security, arising from a systematic integration of people into community reserves, that impart crucial skills of civic development and maintanance of neighborhoods and community needs...supplementing and complimenting existing public services and helping to keep them honest and more effective, with simpler and more common tasks diffused, allowing professionals to focus on the more complicated and pervasive issues.

More talented and moneyed people moving to Seattle to take advantage of a vastly enriched city-scape. Drawing those compelled by changes in business, politics, culture, technology, civic participation, and much more..

Putting Seattle on the map of those seeking a place to visit that isn't dependant on things...on monuments, on buildings, or other static elements to observe, but instead has people centered activities which engage every type of interest under the sun...so that no matter what a persons tastes....there is something for them in Seattle......all year round, and not just for two to three weeks in the summertime.

More civic engagement with a developing attitude that sees us....the people, the government, businesses, and not-for-profits....cooperating seriously and creatively.... working together to SOLVE problems, rather than just putting band-aids on them or serving them with perpetual treatments.

Washington State Government

Greater international trade and development of state lands and assets.

Less spending outlays, as cities increasingly take on the commonwealth model of resorting to internal development of problem solving mechanisms.
This means lesser need of taxation.

More people moving to Washington, which means greater representation in Congress.

Our commonwealth model with business creation stemming from the Commonwealth Fund and Washington Mutuals recovery aim to MULTIPLY the population of the greater seattle area....to about 3 fold, within 5 years.

The direct creation of over a MILLION new jobs just from the commonwealth fund-raising and its shared-profit collectives....just in this state.
An additional several tens of thousands from C-Systems.
And CHI's projects which may add over a MILLION more, distributed among several thousand new medium to large scale businesses.
With most these specific jobs materializing between mid and late 2010.

US Federal Government

We will pioneer a commonwealth system that includes models of civic participation and policing based on intermittent participation that vastly multiplies the number of people capable of dealing with all manner of threat and concern....such as illegal immigration, terrorism, organized crime, disasters, etc..

When a city of 600,000 can call upon not 1400 officers but 50,000 deputies to deal with a security matter...and then call another 50,000 up for all other civic issues, not many problems will stand unresolved.

In prepartation for future Katrina's and in their aftermath, a better plan is not to rely on government preparedness, in the hopes that everything will be ready and able, but to have a whole community of ready and able people waiting to spring into action....that is the future.

Also the shared-profit businesses to be forged by way of our commonwealth fund, are a model for avoding the taxing model as a means of securing much needed funds, for governing operations.

With more cities using such a model, there will be less of a need for taxes going to regional and local pet projects and large scale developments, which are typically covered by the national tax base.

Then there is the introduction of Neighborhood Academies and Guilds....to first develop a wide variety of skill sets then to maintain and sharpen an understanding of their wise lifelong application....and also that of Public Labs, which put scientific knowledge and wisdom, as well as the practical and adventurous applications of formal knowledge into average peoples hands...these models will generate a new generation of problem solving and entrepreneurial spirit at the neighborhood level, and reverse the creeping loss of scientific literacy and interest among regular people.

And, in issuing US bonds, the introduction of bonds from which a proportion is used to create shared-profits, means that government bonds no longer need to have a valuation based on taxing ability alone, in addition to which those shared-profits created are a recurring source of funds, after debt repayment, and an additional asset to leverage against future issuings.

Then there is also the issue of our current financial dilemma, a lack of trust in the established financial system and the lack of confidence in business circles regarding our nations outlook.....a couple hundred billion dollars...from PRIVATE sources, stimulating the creation of MILLIONS of jobs, will go along way to reigniting our countries confidence and optimistic disposition....something no one else is offering.
