When you want to reach us....first you start with an official representitive of your government, a diplomat who will have to come to Seattle and meet with the Chief, thereafter you can assign whatever group or individual you are comfortable with to deal with your interests, including business and not-for-profit entities....the person must be verifiable as in your employ, for obvious reasons.
Send an email that includes the time and place where and when your official may meet.
Singular Guaranteership
You can either choose who is already a partner, or in advance of prospective partners joining, you can indicate which one you want to back.
Basket Guarateership
You can join with other countries to limit your financial liability, but remember that this fragments the ROI proportionately among the basket members.
In a basket you do not get to choose which partner you are funding, it will be a generic slate....first come, first served.
If you have a list of countries you do not want to be associated with, make it clear.
We will publish you declaration of interest in a basket, any exclusionary details that we post are up to you.
We will also make allowance for an undeclared basket, if you don't want the drama of who's....we know and only the member putting the sum in knows that they are doing so, no one else...this procludes exclusions.
