(Year-Round Festivities)
We begin to implement the program as soon as we have ready, willing, and able people to participate.
Funding helps as well.....though many preparations can come before the money does....without people there is no program, and no festival.
Our program will grow from your suggestions and feedback in how we implement our festivities...a recurring process of refinement that will hone what is best in what we offer.
Our Festivities will also emphasize national and international participation, with our goal of at least half of all our operations implemented by foreign and out-of-state visitors (at the peak of our operation abilities and resources) and exporting up to half of our daily operations to places throughout the U.S. and abroad...giving participants the opportunity to travel and explore.
We want it to have a global flavor to its expression.
That is why contacting friends, family, and colleagues whether they live in the Seattle area or in East Asia or Central Africa or South America....is such a good idea, and quite beneficial to them as well as us.
It is a festival, and much much more...
